My smaller foot went in with just a few tugs, while my slightly larger left foot refused to go in. I gave up and then went back 10 minutes later to try again. I wanted them to fit so bad!! I literally pulled and wiggled for about 20-30 minutes until finally my heel hit that pocket and slipped into the boot. They fit great once on! I wore them out of the store and all the rest of the day. The second time I wore them it only took about 3 minutes to wiggle in and I know after time the leather will become more supple and they'll soon be easier to get on.
